Are products authentic?
Yes, absolutely. All of our products are of good Quality, genuine and 100% authentic.

Shipping FAQ

Has my order shipped?
We share tracking ID for orders as soon as they ship from our warehouse. Usually it takes 2-3 business days to provide tracking ID. Estimated delivery time for all orders are 5-10 days from order date.

How do I track my order?
You can check the shipping status on carrier’s website with the tracking ID provided by us.

Who is responsible for the order delivered to the wrong address?
If order is delivered to the wrong address provided by you, it is solely your responsibility. If we sent the order to the wrong address, it is our responsibility.

My order never arrived.
Please check for the status on carrier’s website. If it shows delivered, it is entirely your responsibility to bear the cost of the product. No claims will be accepted. However, If packet is lost in transit, we will reship the product.

An item is missing from my shipment.
Please contact us, we will assist you with any issues you have with your problem.

Do you ship to my country?
We only ship to the United States at this time.

Can I pick up an order?
No, all orders must be placed online and will be shipped to you or your customer.

Return/refunds

All products under the personal wellness category (Dildos, vibrators, masturbators, lubes, etc) are not eligible for return as per the government guidelines. Only defective products can be replaced after providing proof of defect.

Products under categories other than personal wellness are returnable with 20 days on product delivery. Please contact us using the chat or contact us page with your issue and you will get the reply within 24 hours apart from weekends and holidays.

How do I return my product?
Send us an email for return request, we will send you a return authorization label with return address on it in 1-2 business days.

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 2-3 days of receiving the product. Please also send images of the product for fast processing.

I received a defective product.
Please send us a small video or some clear pictures for fast processing of your request.

When will my refund credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 3-4 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you may return any item for a full product’s cost refund. All returns should not be used and should be sent back to us with their original packing boxes. Returns must be authorized before being accepted. Payment FAQ

What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process, you may choose available payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we don’t ship orders until we receive payment. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 3 working days.

  • MIAMI FASHION HOUSE will not accept returned packages without an RMA or authorization slip provided from us.
  • You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full product’s cost refund.
  • Due to the nature of “personal care and wellness products” we don’t accept any return for this category product.
  • Shipping cost will not be refunded in any case.
  • Return shipping cost will be always paid by you.
  • We do not accept returns on USED items.
  • Refused, unclaimed, undelivered orders or merchandise returned due to customers’ error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
  • Refund or credit can take up to 3 business days to be applied to your account once we receive the returned merchandise.
